Using an electric contact pressure gauge for automatic liquid level control does not require the use of electrodes (electrodes are easy to rust in water, which may cause malfunction,
and in some cases it is difficult to install electrodes ). Instead, the hydraulic pressure is converted into an electrical signal, which indirectly reflects the level of the liquid level, thereby controlling
the start and stop of the liquid pump.

the pipeline near the bottom of the liquid tank (such as a water tank , etc.). According to actual needs, set the high point (upper limit) and low point (lower limit) of the pressure gauge in advance.
The selection of electric contact pressure gauge KP should depend on the hydraulic requirements. When used for water level control, YX-150
type/L5 level; 0~0. 4MPa can generally be used. If it is a flood-type water level control, the upper and lower limits of the pressure gauge can be
selected based on a height of 0.1MPa per 10m. If it is used for water supply in the water tank on the eighth floor, if the water level on the water tank is 6m away from the electric contact pressure gauge,
the upper limit of the pressure gauge will be adjusted to 0. 06MPa. The distance between the lower water level and the electric contact pressure gauge is 2m, and the lower limit is adjusted to 0.02MPa.
