The pin description of the intelligent control module control port wiring (Figure 16-61)
is as follows.
1 pin; +12V, connected to the positive pole of the external +12V DC power supply, operating current <0. SA.
Pin 2: GND, control power ground wire.
Pin 3: GND, control power ground wire.
Pin 4: CON, trigger circuit control signal, O~lOV signal
input.
Pin 5: ECON, test module pin. It is convenient for users to detect
the function of the module. This end is connected to the +12V current through the lkfl resistor
. It can be connected to a potentiometer larger than 10kfl, but it is not suitable for
use as a given signal. This port is usually left empty.
Pin 6: -12V, external -12V power supply, working current
<200mA.
Pin 7: RES, manual reset port. When the circuit is protected, this terminal is connected to the +12V power supply for reset. Before resetting,
the voltage and current given signals must be reduced to zero, and the protection fault must be eliminated first.
8 to 13 feet; empty feet.
Pin 14: IGL, overcurrent protection indication port. When overcurrent occurs, it outputs high level and is connected to an external light-emitting diode.
Pin 15: TGL, overheating protection indication port . When it is overheated, it outputs high level, and its usage is the same as IGL.
