PQR10A type magnetic control disk translation control circuit
Source: InternetPublisher:王达业 Keywords: Control circuit BSP motor Updated: 2021/11/02
It is a control circuit composed of the master controller LKl-12/90 and the magnetic control panel PQR10A .
The SA contact closing status of the cam controller is shown in Table 8-5.
The functions of the main electrical appliances: osi is the power switch; os2 is the control loop switch; KM3 and KMz are control forward and reverse
contactors, and they have mechanical and electrical interlocking between them.
KA is a zero-voltage relay, which protects the motor from voltage loss and zero position; KI- and KI2 are over-current relays,
which protect the motor from overload and short circuit; so is the lifting limit switch of the lifting mechanism.
YA is the brake contactor, which acts as a mechanical brake for the motor.
Reverse contactors KM5, KMs and accelerating contactors KM7~KM1. , used to short-circuit or connect the current in the rotor circuit
to regulate the speed of the motor.
The master controller SA is used to issue instructions to make the motor perform various operations or braking. Its handle has 13 positions:
6 gears for ascending and descending, and a zero gear. The closing conditions of its 12 pairs of contacts in different gears are marked in the table.
