The so-called soft start means that
after the circuit is powered on, the output voltage goes through a starting process and
rises to a given value at a slower speed to protect
the load circuit that does not want to have surge impact.
The circuit is as shown in the figure
The soft start circuit consists of resistors R6, R, Ra, capacitor Ci, diode VD and transistor
VT4.
