The input part of the hybrid electronic flasher is composed of electronic devices such as detection, oscillation, power drive, etc. The output part is completed by the electromagnetic relay, as shown in the figure below.
Working principle: When the B terminal is connected to +12V (24V), C1 and C2 are charged by the +12V power supply through the e and b poles of Q1 and R2, R3, and R4. When the L terminal K1 is not connected to the left or right turn signal load, the circuit is in a static state. Once K1 is closed to the left or right turn signal (load) terminal, C1 discharges through R1 and the load, and at the same time, the Ql tube is turned on, which also drives Q2 to turn on, and the relay works, so that the normally open contact is closed, and the turn signal is powered and illuminated. Due to the existence of capacitors C1 and C2, Q1 cannot be turned off immediately. After the capacitor is discharged to a certain extent, Q1 is turned off, and the relay J contact is disconnected, completing a cycle. The time T of conduction and cutoff depends on C1, C2, R1, and R2. Changing C1 and R1 changes the frequency to achieve a strobe frequency of 60-120 times per minute. C2 and R2 are duty cycle adjustment, which is generally around 40%~60%.
