2-phase CPU power circuit using HIP6301 and HIP6601 chips
Shown is a 2-phase CPU power supply circuit using HIP6301 and fflP6601 chips . This circuit uses one H IP 6301
chip as the main control chip in the circuit, and two fflP6601 chips as PWM signal driver chips.
This circuit converts the +5 V power supply into the DC voltage required by the CPU (1.5 V-1.9 V). When the CPU works, it
sends the instruction code of the required voltage value to the VIDO-VID4 of the main chip. The main chip recognizes the instruction code , and then control the phase and pulse width of the PWM signal so that
the final output voltage value meets the requirements of the CPU chip .
