Newman MP4 machine CPU and decoder chip circuit structure

Shown is the circuit structure of the Newman MP4 machine CPU and the decoding ship chip U18 . The figure shows the pin functions of the chip and
related interface circuits. The chip is AK3225M, has 244 pins, and is packaged in a ball grid array (OBA). It contains
power circuit, analog circuit, USB interface circuit, memory/memory card circuit, clock circuit, camera interface circuit, and display. Screen interface
circuit, CPU bus interface circuit, general interface (JTAG, UART, GPIO), etc.
    The pins of the ball grid array packaged large-scale integrated circuit are all under the integrated chip, which has relatively high reliability, but is difficult to replace.
