The internal functional block diagram and external related circuits of the switching integrated circuit N901 ( ICE 3DS01/G) are as shown in the figure.
The DC voltage formed by the rectification of the AC input is added to the drain D of the switching field effect transistor through the primary buffer coil of the switching transformer. At the same time Provide starting voltage for the @ pin of N901
. When N901 starts, it also starts the switching tube. The positive feedback voltage generated by the switching transformer is added to the ⑦ pin of N901. N901 enters the oscillation state. The @ pin outputs switching pulses and the switching power supply outputs +12 V. The negative feedback signal formed by
the error detection circuit is photoelectrically coupled. The detector is sent to the ② pin of N901 , the @ pin is the current detection input terminal, and the ① pin is the soft start capacitor terminal.
