with current transformer is shown in Figure 15-11. At this time, the current coil of the electric energy meter
is no longer in series with the load circuit, but
is connected to the secondary winding of the current transformer. The primary winding of the current transformer is
the load line (power line) being measured . Special attention should be paid to the fact that the same terminals of the two windings of the current transformer
and the same terminals of the two coils of the electric energy meter cannot be connected incorrectly , otherwise the electric energy meter
may reverse.
