Electronic winding machines are divided into manual, electric, semi-automatic and fully automatic winding machines. The winding machine introduced in this example has an electronic counting function and can be
used by users when winding coils and motor windings.
    (1) Circuit composition The appearance of the winding machine is shown in Figure 7-la. The circuit consists of a photoelectric sensor circuit, a shaping circuit, a plus/minus identification circuit and
a four-digit counting circuit, as shown in Figure 7-lb.
    The photoelectric sensor circuit consists of resistors Ri, R2, Bian, R, and optical couplers VI-C1 and VI4C2. R. ,R. And VLC1 forms an addition
counting sensor circuit. Rz, R9 and VLC2 form a subtraction counting sensor circuit.
    The shaping circuit is composed of six non-gate Schmitt trigger integrated circuits lCl internally composed of D1-D4.
    The plus/minus identification circuit is composed of flip-flops A1 and A2 inside the double D flip-flop IC2.
    The four-digit digital counter is composed of resistors R3-R, reset button S, counting/decoder integrated circuits IC3~IC6 and LED digital displays A~
D.
    (2) Before using the circuit principle, connect SA first to clear and reset the counter. At this time, the input terminals of Dl and D3 and
the output terminals of D2 and D4 are both high level. The oi and Q2 output terminals of IC2 are low level. 10 doesn't count.
    When the winding machine rotates forward (additive counting), the rectangular light-transmitting hole on the winding turntable causes VLC1 to trigger first, causing D1 to output a high level. D2
outputs a low level and then VLC2 triggers. The output level of D3 serves as a trigger pulse for the CP1 terminal of IC2, causing A1 to rotate.
A counting pulse is added to the CPU terminal of IC3{, and the counter begins to count. In the same way, if the winding machine rotates reversely, then. VLC2 triggers the work first, and VLC1 triggers the work later.
AZ flips, providing a counting pulse for IC3's CPD, and the counter starts counting down.
  Adjusting the resistance values ​​of Ri and Wind can change the sensitivity of VLC1. Adjusting the resistance values ​​of Rz and R, can change the sensitivity of VLC2. The
