The circuit uses the p.PC616 temperature sensor integrated
circuit. It is an IC that integrates thermal components and linearization
processing, so the temperature control circuit made with it
is simple and highly accurate. The temperature control range is wide (10 ~
60℃), and it can be used
in poultry hatching and other equipment. In addition, the cost is low, installation and debugging are convenient, so it is very
suitable for use in rural electrical equipment.
The circuit is shown in the figure. The temperature is set by the potentiometer RP in the figure
. When the ambient temperature is lower than the temperature control set
temperature, the output voltage of the temperature sensor IC is
high enough to turn on the transistor VT, prompting the relay
K to close and the heating wire to energize. When the ambient temperature is higher
than the set temperature, the IC output voltage is very low, causing VT
to cut off, the relay to release, and the heating wire to stop supplying power.
