As shown in the figure, the polarity conversion power supply consists of ICL7660 and two external capacitors . The power supply uses a dedicated polarity conversion integrated circuit ICL7660 and a charge pump composed of two external capacitors to perform DC/DC voltage polarity conversion. Its conversion efficiency is high, 95%, and its power consumption is small. The quiescent current is 0.5mA and the output current is 10~20mA.
