Shown is an infrared transmitter circuit using PT2262. In the circuit, when any one or several of S1-S4 are pressed, IC 1
(PT2262) is powered on and starts to output pulse data signals after recognizing and decoding manual instructions. At the same time, the pulse oscillator composed of IC2A
and IC2 B also starts to oscillate. The oscillation frequency can be accurately adjusted to 40 kHz: or 38 kHz by the 22 kn potentiometer. This frequency
is the infrared carrier frequency. The pulse data signal output by PT2262 is sent to IC 2 D to modulate the 38 kHz carrier wave, and then
drives the infrared light-emitting diode through the triode to emit an infrared light signal.
