In the figure, K is a high-sensitivity relay. When the hopper mouth is not blocked, the movable plate is vertical, and the magnet Y is not close to the reed switch KD, the PNP transistor T is cut off. K is in the released state, and its normally closed contact is closed. Before starting up, press S first, and then press the ST start button. KM1 will be powered and motor M will run. When the hopper (see Figure (b)) is blocked, the live iron plate is pushed out, making the magnet Y close to the reed switch, the contacts in KD are closed, the capacitor C is charged through the resistor R, and the voltage at both ends of C gradually increases. After a certain period of time, VT is turned on, the K coil is powered and closed, the AC contactor KM loses power, and the motor M stops. When the hopper is cleared, the live iron plate is reset, the KD contact returns to the normally open state, VT is cut off, K loses power, and then press ST to turn on the machine. By adjusting RP, the delay time of VT can be set. The delay time is between 1 and 2 seconds to avoid accidental flying stones knocking up the live iron plate and causing malfunction.
