From the perspective of electrical safety, many buttons are slightly farther apart (such as compartment and room control). Necessary communication is indispensable when the equipment is installed, debugged, inspected, and handled accidents. In the circuit shown in the figure, H1~H5 are contact indication signals, and H1"~H5" are normal operation indications. When debugging, inspecting and troubleshooting the equipment, when the interlock button SA1 is placed in the "interlock position", its three pairs of normally closed contacts are disconnected, two pairs of normally open contacts are closed, and the AC contactor KM only passes The main control buttons ST1 and STP1 of the equipment control the start and stop of KM, while the other four start buttons ST2~ST5 and stop buttons STP2~STP5 have lost their control functions, and the interlocking signal lights H1~H5 are displayed in five places at the same time. After the equipment is installed, debugged, inspected, and handled accidents, turn the interlock button SA1 to the "normal operation" position, H1 to H5 will go out, and the "normal operation indicator lights" will light up in five places at the same time, so that the control buttons in the five places can be Restore control of KM. ST1, STP1, H1, and H1 are all installed on the main console (cabinet) of the equipment, and the rest are installed in other four places. SA1 uses key or button type LA18-44Y, and contactor KM and ten indicator lights use rated voltage 220V.
