Start-up delay intermittent operation circuit
Source: InternetPublisher:fish001 Updated: 2012/08/17
Working process: Turn on the power switch QS, and then turn on the manual switch S. At this time, the motor M does not start immediately, but the delay timing of the time relay 1KT starts. After the 1KT set time, its delay closing contact closes. At the same time as the 2KT time relay coil energization timing starts, the AC The contactor KM coil is energized, the main contact KM moves, and the motor M starts. After a period of time, the delayed closing contact of 2KT acts, relay K is closed, and its normally closed contact is disconnected. 1KT loses power, and its contact is disconnected. 2KT, KM, and K all lose power, and motor M stops. , but the manual switch S is still closed. So 1KT enters the timing state again. When the timing time is reached, the 1KT contact is closed and the motor starts again. The process is the same as before, making the motor M start, stop, stop, start, and repeat.
