Circuit principle: IC 1 in the circuit is the time base circuit NE555, which is connected to a multivibrator. The pulse signal generated is output from pin 3 to the CLK end of the decimal counting/distributor of IC2 and IC3. The Q0~Q9 terminals of IC2 are respectively connected to the negative poles of the red tube cores of 10 color-changing diodes. The Q0~Q9 terminals of IC3 are respectively connected to the negative electrodes of 10 green tube cores of color-changing diodes. The positive electrodes of each red and green light-emitting tube are connected together and connected to the positive electrode of the power supply through a 330 ohm resistor.

When the power is turned on, the high voltages of IC2 and IC3 are both placed at the Q0 terminal. At this time, the color-changing tube LED 1 is green, LED10 is red, and LED2~ LED 9 are all orange. Under the trigger of the IC1 clock pulse, the high voltage of the two ICs Ping jumps forward synchronously from the Q0 to Q9 terminals, so that the green light appears in front, followed by the red light. The two-color running lights chase through the orange background light at the same time, repeating the cycle, which is very interesting.
