The double-meter timing circuit designed and produced by the author for the practical application occasion where supplementary lighting is required in raising laying hens has achieved good results after practical application. The circuit principle is shown in the attached figure. After the power circuit is stepped down, rectified and filtered, it provides the working power of the control circuit. BG1, BG2 and their peripheral components form a bistable circuit and work in a switching state. BG3 and the relay form a control switch to control the AC 220V voltage output. Both electronic watches are selected with fixed-point time reporting function and music button, and their two sound signal output lines are connected to the control circuit (note that the signal output by the general electronic watch has polarity, so its negative terminal must be connected to C5 or C6 connected). Electronic watch 2 is responsible for turning on. When it outputs the music electrical signal, it forces BG2 to cut off through C6 and D7. At this time, BG1 is turned on to maintain this state. At the same time, the higher voltage of the BG2 collector makes BG3 turn on through R8. The relay is closed and provides 220V voltage to the electrical appliance. Electronic watch 1 is responsible for turning off. When it outputs music signals, it forces BG1 to cut off through C5 and D6. At this time, BG2 is turned on to maintain this state. At the same time, because BG2 is turned on, its collector voltage drops, causing BG3 to cut off, the relay is released, and the power supply to the electrical appliance is stopped. The function of C4 is to make the circuit automatically shut down when power is started, that is, there is no 220V output voltage on the socket. There are three indicator lights in the circuit. When the power indicator light is on, it means that the 220V mains power has been connected to the circuit normally. Otherwise, it means there is a power outage or the circuit is not well connected to the mains line. When the power supply indicator light is on, it means that the circuit is supplying power to the connected electrical appliances; when the light is off, it means that it stops supplying power to the electrical appliances. When the power indicator light is on, it means that the electrical appliance is working; when the light is off, it means that the electrical appliance has stopped working. If the power indicator light is on and the power indicator light is off, it means that the power line is broken or the electrical appliance is faulty. The power indication circuit composed of D9~D12 and small electric beads can be expanded to multiple channels to indicate the working conditions of different electrical appliances respectively. The characteristic of this circuit is that it can well meet the requirements of general professional users for automatic control of fill lights when raising chickens. Connect the chicken coop lighting to the output socket of this timing circuit. The time of electronic watch 1 is set at the time when the lights need to be turned on in the morning, and the time of electronic watch 2 is set at the time when the lights need to be turned off at night. So every morning, the light will light up automatically. When it gets dark, press the music button of electronic watch 2 and the light will go out. When it gets dark at night, press the music button of electronic watch 1 and the light will light up. When it is time to turn off the light, the light will automatically go out. If the user needs to turn on the light temporarily, he can press the music button of the electronic watch 1 to light up the light at any time. The turning off method is the same as before. If the user needs to change the opening and closing time, he can reset it arbitrarily within 24 hours by pressing the timer setting button, which is very convenient. Since the timing part is powered by dry batteries, its clock will not be disrupted by a power outage. The user does not have to readjust it after a call, and it will continue to work according to the original settings. Since the circuit will be automatically turned off when initially powered on, it avoids mistakenly turning on the lights due to another power outage at night.
