Photocoupler is widely used. Based on the characteristics of photocoupler, the author designed a convenient test photocoupler circuit. This circuit is simple, accurate and easy to use. Circuit Principle When the power is turned on, the LED does not emit light. Press S2 and the LED will light up. Adjust RP, the luminous intensity of the LED will change, indicating that the photocoupler is good. The printed circuit board diagram is as shown below. The battery uses a 3V button battery. The battery is installed on the copper foil surface of the printed board. It can be buckled with a copper sheet and soldered firmly. This printed board is suitable for TLP621, TLP521, TLP321, TLP124, TLP121, PC817, PC713, PC617, ON3111, ON3131 and TLP332, TLP532, TLP632, TLP634, TLP732, CNX82A, FX0012CE, when using a 4-pin photocoupler When using a 6-pin photocoupler, please short-circuit pins 1 and 2 of S3.
