The circuit of this material level controller is simple and easy to make. It can be used to measure and control any conductive liquid or metal powder, metal particles and other materials.
The circuit is as shown in the figure, 555 is used as a comparator, and A is the probe for detecting the material level. LED is used for indication, and relay J performs control, which can be used to cut off the supply path electrical appliance. The power supply can be powered by 6V battery or AC. The power consumption when J is not closed is less than 5mA.
