This circuit can be used for FM wireless microphone phones. The circuit is as shown in the figure. This circuit uses 2SC1000 with high amplification factor as the microphone amplifier stage. The oscillation and modulation output functions of the field effect transistor 2SK192A. The oscillation frequency is determined by the coil L1 (using 0.6mm enameled wire, wound three and a half times on a 5mm magnetic core) and the parallel capacitor 6pF. By adjusting the magnetic core of L1, the oscillation frequency can vary within the range of 76MHz to 90MHz. Finally, use a polyethylene wire as an antenna to output directly from the source of the FET. In order to prevent inter-stage interference, use 100 ohm and 47uF capacitors to form a decoupling circuit. When the circuit is working, the light-emitting diode VD lights up for indication. The circuit output does not need a buffer stage and can still work stably.
