Three low-frequency oscillators (respectively IC1, ICe, ICf) are often used to simulate the wave action of ocean waves. Q1 is an emitter node, often used as a diode noise generator, biased by the DC from oscillator IC1-c. The noise is sent into two voltage-controlled filters, R22, R23, C12, C13, D3 and D4 are all tuning elements. The LFO signal randomly changes the filter so that the noise signal is all connected, thus simulating ocean wave music.
