Automatic night lighting circuit diagram using bidirectional thyristor

Source: InternetPublisher:张三叔 Keywords: Triac lighting circuit circuit diagram Updated: 2020/03/17

The circuit shown in the figure uses a phototransistor as the illumination sensing element. When the illumination is very high during the day, the phototransistor L14C1 is turned on. Diode VD3 also conducts, causing the voltage drop on capacitor C2 to be zero. Bidirectional trigger tube VD5 and bidirectional thyristor VT do not conduct, and the light does not light up. On the contrary, L14C1 does not conduct at night, and there is voltage on C2 to conduct ST4 and VT, and the light will automatically light up.
