CCD analog output signal processing circuit diagram

AD623 integrates 3 operational amplifiers. It can operate with single or dual power supplies, has high CMRR and extremely low voltage drift. Except for an external resistor that controls programmable gain, all components are integrated internally, which improves circuit temperature stability and reliability. The CCD analog signal processing circuit using AD623 is shown in the figure. Send the video signal and its compensation output to the inverting and non-inverting input terminals of AD623 respectively. Connect a first-level emitter follower to the output terminal of AD623 to enhance the signal driving capability. Selecting this device can eliminate the temperature drift of the output signal caused by the use of ordinary operational amplifiers and peripheral resistors .
