Working principle of the circuit: When the contactor IC is powered off, the motor loses power.
Due to the linkage of 'rA, the 2C and sJ time relays are electrically activated. The main contact of 2C short-circuit the three-
phase winding of the motor and enter the half-wave rectified power supply. The stator winding of the motor is connected into a parallel symmetrical
line with one end connected to the neutral line to achieve the purpose of braking. At this time, sJ is delayed and disconnected, 2C
is released when power is lost, and the braking process ends. This kind of braking circuit is suitable for motors with star connection
. It has the characteristics of low cost, small size, simple circuit, etc., and can be applied to motors
with larger capacity .
