Application of TDA1514

(1) Cancel the AC feedback capacitor to ensure that the low-frequency phase will not be distorted.
    (2) Add L and R circuits to the output end of the power amplifier to make the power amplifier work more stable6
    (3) Add a clamp circuit composed of VD1 ~ VD4 to the input end of the power amplifier to ensure that the power amplifier is not damaged by the impact of large signals.
    (4) A speaker protection circuit is added to the output end of the power amplifier. After the power is turned on, Kl delays closing for 3 seconds.
    (5) A protective relay is added to the power input, and K2 delays the suction stage for 6 seconds to prevent the impact of the front stage on the power amplifier the moment the power is turned on.
    (6) The circuit board is carefully made and grounded strictly. Connect the input terminal of the power amplifier to ground. The output noise of the power amplifier should be very weak and
almost inaudible.
    (7) The positive and negative power supply terminals of TD A15 14A are connected to decoupling capacitors t to ensure that the amplifier does not self-excite during power output.
    (8) The AC power supply takes dual 18.5V ports, allowing the TDAI514A to work in a safe working area when pushing a 50 load. When pushing an
8fl load, the AC power supply voltage takes dual 22V ports.
    The power amplifier circuit introduced in this article is used for post-amplification, using LM 1894. LM 1036 and N E5532 are used as preamps, equipped with
NEWM AX (New Max) and NCD-200RE laser record player, and connected to the " Low Frequency Overlord" speaker. The results show that the sound quality of this combination
is excellent.
