26.Typical Wiring for normal application of HL402.gif

The typical wiring for normal application of HL402 is shown in Figure 12-50, C in the figure. ,C. ,
C,,C. It needs to be installed as close as possible to pins 2, 1, and 4 of HL402.
    (2) In order to avoid high-frequency coupling and electromagnetic interference as much as possible,
the leads from the HL402 output to the driven IGBI and gate-emitter need to be twisted pairs or coaxial cable shielded wires, and the
lead length does not exceed im.
    (3) The leads connected from pins 9 and 13 of HL402 to the IGBT collector must
be run separately and must not be twisted with the gate and emitter wires to avoid cross interference.
    (4) In the typical wiring diagram, the optocoupler VL can input a pulse blocking signal. When
vl. is turned on, the HL402 output pulse is immediately blocked to -10V. The optocoupler VL provides a soft-off alarm signal. It turns on the optocoupler
VL while the driver is soft-off , providing a gate voltage reduction alarm signal.
