The typical application circuit of M50197 is shown in Figure 5-29. The audio signal sent from the microphone amplifier
or
the surround sound signal sent from the S channel is input to the IC from pin 39, and the signal after delay processing is output from pin 35, and
is appropriately adjusted by the reverberation level adjustment potentiometer RP]
Then the output from the OUT terminal is sent to the mixing amplifier to be mixed with the main signal.
When the delay selection terminal 11 pin is high level, the circuit works in the reverberation or echo state. At this time, the feedback signal output terminal
has a signal output t and is fed back to the input terminal through RP2 to obtain a long delay reverberation or echo effect. .
It can be seen from the delay time programming status in Table 5-14 that through the control of pins 12 ~ 14, 8 types of delay times can be selected. When pin 11 is
low level , the delay effect required for the circuit to work in surround sound can be seen in Table 5-14. At this time, there are 8 delay times to
choose from.
