This paper discusses the transformation of the power supply of the centralized inverter control system in the polyester industrial production process. The system uses the Intel MCS251
series single-chip 8031 chip to control the automatic switching and withdrawal of two power supplies. Since the single-chip microcomputer has stable operation, accurate calculation and powerful functions, many functions can
be realized through software programming. It can reduce the use of a large number of peripheral electrical equipment. The transformed system can run in a safe, stable and reliable environment and is easy to maintain.
