GD32 test systick interrupt to light up LED, uart receive interrupt, output pwm [Copy link]

The systick interrupt cycle took some time. The cycle was 100ms, but according to the LED flashing frequency, the cycle seemed slow. Finally, it was found that the library function used the onboard external crystal oscillator by default, and the actual onboard external crystal oscillator was not soldered, resulting in the actual frequency not reaching 108Mhz
