D24 allows the upper MOS to turn off quickly, and D24 promotes faster cutoff of Q4. The principle is to provide a low-resistance discharge channel for the gate charge of the MOS tube (short-circuit R101 during discharge to reduce the R value in the discharge loop), so that the cutoff speed of the MOS tube can be accelerated (the RC constant is reduced and the discharge time is shortened).
