Using wireless modules can build a grain monitoring system[Copy link]
Wireless data transmission modules are currently widely used in wireless meter reading, monitoring, industrial data collection, wireless remote control systems, small wireless networks, fire protection systems, robot control, wireless 485 data communication, digital image transmission, and wireless monitoring systems for granaries. The granary monitoring system mainly completes the collection, storage, and transmission of data to the monitoring center for parameters such as grain temperature, humidity, and gas concentration, as well as the execution of instructions from the monitoring center. In traditional granary monitoring systems, granaries and monitoring centers mostly use wired data communication methods such as RS-485, which makes the system poor in anti-interference, numerous connections, and difficult to expand; when a node has a problem, it will also affect the entire system, which is not conducive to the monitoring and management of the granary. Therefore, a wireless monitoring system for granaries based on wireless radio frequency module technology is introduced. Composition and design of monitoring system: During the storage of grain, due to changes in factors such as environment, climate and ventilation conditions, the temperature or humidity in the granary will become abnormal, which can easily cause the grain to rot or be infested with insects. At the same time, the quality of grain storage in the granary is also affected by factors such as gas, microorganisms and insect pests in the granary. In view of the particularity of grain storage, the granary monitoring system generally uses the temperature and humidity of the granary and grain as the main detection parameters, and the gas component content in the granary as an auxiliary parameter. The granary wireless monitoring system mainly has the functions of data collection and transmission, data analysis and processing, data storage and retrieval, data table display and print output, real-time control and alarm. The on-site monitoring instrument collects the relevant parameters of the grain condition in the granary, such as grain temperature, warehouse temperature, relative humidity, grain moisture, carbon dioxide and hydrogen sulfide gas content in the granary, etc., and sends them to the monitoring center at regular intervals or according to instructions; the monitoring center displays and stores the received sampling data in a table form, and then compares it with the set alarm value. If the measured value exceeds the set range, an alarm is displayed on the screen or a voice alarm is sounded, and a record is printed. At the same time, the monitoring center can send control instructions to the on-site monitoring instrument, and the monitoring instrument controls the air conditioner, hair dryer, dehumidifier and other equipment to cool and dehumidify according to the instructions to ensure the quality of grain storage. The monitoring center can also use the alarm instruction to activate the sound and light alarm device on the on-site monitoring instrument to notify the grain warehouse management personnel to take corresponding measures to ensure the safety of grain storage. The main components of the grain warehouse wireless monitoring system are as follows: (1). On-site monitoring instrument The on-site monitoring instrument is composed of sensors such as temperature sensors, humidity sensors, gas concentration sensors, microcontrollers, and control signal output modules. (2). Wireless communication terminal Wireless communication terminal can be completed by wireless data transmission module and wireless data transmission radio products. (3). Monitoring center PC and monitoring management software constitute the main body of the monitoring center. With the continuous development of industry, wireless data transmission modules will be used in more fields. More and more scenarios will use wireless modules
