Abstract: This paper introduces the design ideas and methods of system power supply based on M6800 series microcontrollers, as well as the methods to eliminate the power frequency interference which has a great impact on the normal operation of the microcontroller system. With the continuous progress of microelectronics technology, ultra-large-scale integrated circuits continue to emerge, and microprocessors and their peripheral chips have also developed rapidly. One of the latest advances in microelectronics technology is to integrate CPU and peripheral chips, such as program memory, data memory, parallel and serial I/O interface, timer/counter, interrupt controller and other components into one chip to make a single-chip computer (abbreviated as MCU) (Single-ChipMicrocomputer). Some high-end single-chip microcomputers introduced in recent years also contain many special functional units, such as A/D and D/A converters, modems, communication controllers, phase-locked loops, DMA, floating-point units, etc. In this way, as long as some expansion circuits and necessary channel interfaces are added, various computer application systems can be constructed, such as industrial control systems, data acquisition systems, automatic test systems, intelligent instruments, intelligent interfaces, functional modules, etc., and system power supply design is an important guarantee for all functions of single-chip microcomputers to be fully utilized.
