The most common high-speed, low-power, low-voltage 8-bit microcontroller EM78P156 [Copy link]

EM78156 series microcontrollers are high-performance, high-quality, low-cost, multi-functional and multi-field applications. Complete development means can fully replace the high-cost PIC16C54/56/84.

Features

8-pin package SOP, SOIC and DIP.
Operating voltage: 2.2V~5.5V, operating temperature: 0℃~70℃
Operating frequency: DC-36MHz.
Low power consumption:
less than 1.6mA at 5V/4MHz.
Typically less than 15uA at 3V/32KHz.
Sleep mode is 1 uA.
1K×13 bytes on-chip ROM, 48×8 bytes general-purpose memory (SRAM).
Built-in RC oscillator, power-on reset.
A configuration register to meet different user requirements.
5-level stack, 8-bit real-time clock/counter (TCC).
Can be programmed to wake up from I/O pins or run after being woken up by on-chip watchdog.
3 interrupt sources:
TCC overflow interrupt
Input port status change interrupt (wake up from sleep mode)
External interrupt
2 bidirectional, 8 pull-up, 7 pull-down, 8 open circuit I/O pins.

EM78X56 is fully compatible with PIC16C54/56/8, and provides PIC→EMC program conversion method, and the program page is 1K.
