As people's living standards continue to improve, consumers have higher and higher requirements for kitchen appliances, and have high demands for the environmental protection and energy saving characteristics, safety, flexibility, etc. of electrical appliances. Ceramic stoves meet the needs of current consumers very well due to their high heating efficiency, continuous heating, no radiation, and high applicability.
In order to meet the market demand for electric ceramic stove products, this article introduces a mature overall solution for electric ceramic stove products. The solution consists of two parts: AC-DC power supply chip and 8-bit MCU main control. The MCU has built-in touch module, LED/LCD display driver module, multi-channel PWM output, ADC with reference voltage source and EEPROM memory module. The main control TM56F1552 chip integrates low-noise OPA, CMP, LDO, CTK, which can reduce the number of product parts and reduce costs.
The TM56F1552 in the solution is an 8-bit built-in OPA with simple peripheral circuits, which can save BOM costs; the chip has high integration and strong reliability, and is used in electric ceramic stoves to reduce the PCB area; in addition, the chip magnification is convenient and adjustable, and can be calibrated by software when powered on. In terms of product development, sample programs and modular program libraries can be provided, supplemented by convenient development tools, which can quickly complete product development and introduce mass production. The following are the basic functions of the 8-bit TM56F1552 main control chip:
1. ROM: 4Kx16-bit flash program memory
2. EEPROM: 128x8 bits
3. 12-bit ADC, 14 external input channels and 3 internal voltage channels
4. System clock prescaler: The system clock can be divided into 1/2/4/8 options
5. Watchdog Timer (WDT): Clocked by built-in RC oscillator, with 4 adjustable reset times
6. Touch key: 15 touch key channels and 1 external CLD, 1 internal reference capacitor
7. Operating temperature range: -40°C to +105°C, available in SSOP20/SOP20/SOP16 packages
In summary, TM56F1552 can be used in products such as small signal amplification and touch panels. It integrates OPA and CMP for signal detection and amplification. With the addition of a touch module, it can be widely used in products requiring small signal amplification and touch panels, such as electric ceramic stoves, wireless charging, touch panels, etc.
