You don't need to draw the core board. You only need to draw the pads and silk screen where the core board is inserted (in short, the package of the core board corresponding to the base). For example, if the core board is a male socket, then the package on the expansion board of the base is the corresponding female socket.

That makes sense. When I drew the PCB library, I drew the core board library as two rows of mother sockets. So the space between the two rows of mother sockets would cause an error if they were overlapped in the PCB. I changed the package of the core board again.
