Help with switching power supply solutions [Copy link]

I need help with the switching power supply solution. The input voltage is AC380V, the output voltage is DC280V, and there are three wires at the output end, one positive and two negative. The negative pole one is powered on for 0.5 seconds and then disconnected, and the negative pole two is powered on for a long time. It is used to control the electromagnetic coil. The circuit board is used to control the electromagnetic coil. The circuit board is connected to an external AC380V voltage, with three wires, and three wires at the output end, which are two negative poles (negative pole one and negative pole two) and one positive pole. The positive pole outputs a DC280V voltage, of which negative pole one is disconnected 0.5 seconds after the power supply starts (0.5 seconds to 1 second is acceptable, and it does not have to be set at 0.5 seconds accurately), and negative pole two remains unblocked. The circuit board controls two coils, coil one and coil two are connected in series, coil one is connected to the AB end, and the A end is the positive pole; coil two is connected to the BC end, and the B end is the common point of the two coils, and the B and C ends are negative pole one and negative pole two. The resistance of coil one is 17.5Ω, and the resistance of coil two is 785Ω. From power-on to the disconnection of negative pole one, the power is 4.5kw, and after the negative pole one is disconnected, the power is 100W. The size of the circuit board requires length × width × height = 80mm × 44mm × 38mm
