TL494 PWM output problem [Copy link]

I use TL494 to generate PWM, but the high and low levels of the output PWM have problems. The high level is 5V, but the low level is not 0V. The output low level is about 700mV. This forces me to add 74HC14 to the output to reshape the waveform. Ideally, the output PWM low level is zero. In fact, looking at the internal structure diagram, the output cannot be zero. There will be some resistance when the transistor is turned on, so the output cannot be zero, but it will not be as large as 700mV. What is the reason for this? How can I reduce this 700mV?
