Why do the lower four bits of the digital tube always output high level? [Copy link]

Why are the lower four bits of the digital tube always at high level, making the output digital inaccurate? Why is this?

Go to Lege. It is best to refer to the usage of light-emitting diodes below your digital tube. The common cathode should also be changed to common anode.  Details Published on 2017-12-8 09:10
