Intel plans to release nine Merom processors in the fourth quarter
. According to a report by The Inquirer, a foreign website, Intel plans to release nine dual-core processors using the Merom core in the fourth quarter of this year. Other Merom core processors will be released in the first half of 2007.

According to Intel's roadmap, an upgraded version of the Napa platform, Napa 64, will be launched in the second half of the year. The core of the platform is the Merom processor. The biggest feature of this processor is that it supports 64-bit computing and adopts a dual-core design. However, compared with similar products from AMD, it is almost half a year later than the market launch time.

The parameters of these 9 Merom processors are as follows, some of which are still unclear.
