Features of UBA2033 full-bridge driver IC : · Full-bridge driver circuit · Internal bootstrap diode · Integrated high-voltage conversion function · Internally available high-voltage power supply · Maximum voltage 550V · Bridge blocking function · Start-up delay input · Adjustable oscillation frequency · Predefined bridge position application at startup · UBA2033 can drive MOSFET-based full-bridge structure · Circuit designed for HID lamps Full-bridge driver is composed of two ICs: Irf2153 + Irf2111. The full bridge is very reliable and practical, far better than highly integrated monolithic ICs, and the price is only 1/3 of the former. The breakdown voltage of Irf2153 and Irf2111 is nominally 600V, and the actual measurement is above 650V, which is larger than UBA's 550V (don't underestimate this 50V withstand voltage, the reliability will be greatly different), and the driving gate current is larger than UBA, especially the pull-down current is as high as 400mA, which is twice that of UBA (150mA), ensuring the output square wave. Of course, IR is not as famous as Philiph, and most of the peripheral components are composed of Irf2153+Irf2111.
