How to replace MOSFET with bipolar transistors
Generally speaking, bipolar transistors cannot directly replace MOSFETs because of their different control characteristics. MOSFETs are voltage-controlled devices, while bipolar transistors are current-controlled devices. The control circuit of MOSFET is voltage-type. Bipolar transistors cannot directly replace MOSFETs. The original circuit driving MOSFETs is not enough to drive bipolar transistors because the driving current is too small. If you want to use the original circuit to drive bipolar transistors, you must install a current amplifier before the bipolar transistor. Based on this idea, I installed a current amplifier before the bipolar transistor, changed the voltage drive to current drive, and achieved a successful replacement. The replacement schematic is as follows.
