After comparing it with the PDF, I found the problem.

Unique wire colors - red is connected to GND.

Unique labeling - The document says "GND" but does not mention the color of the wire. The actual plug has three wires: red, yellow, and blue. Should the red wire be connected to the ground? If connected incorrectly, is there any polarity protection? I am still thinking about these...

The color definition of the wire is indeed a problem. Generally, the conventional wire definition is that red is VCC, so we optimized it to three wires later. The colors are red, yellow and blue. Red is VCC, yellow is signal output, and blue is GND.

"Red, yellow and blue" is not suitable either. The suitable ones are: red, blue and black, or red, green and black, or red, white and black.
