led2015 posted on 2020-5-13 23:08 This kind of activity of guessing the chip by looking at the picture has been held several times before. It is very difficult. Many chips are only known by those who have used them

I guess it is a domestic chip or a Japanese chip. The power pins of several major manufacturers (TI, ST, etc.) have their own characteristics and are not this type.

It is indeed an unusual manufacturer. I guess their datasheet is not public.

Whose MCU is this? What is the model? Does anyone have an answer?

I found it before and saw the datasheet. It is a Taiwanese manufacturer, with a very special core and a specific programmer. Now I have forgotten where I saved the data.
