The two main points of Namisoft's mobile power products are function and performance. Before choosing a solution, we must first consider safety and efficiency as the first factor . Then we can choose the test items. If the safety of mobile power test is not guaranteed, no matter how cool your software system is, how efficient it is in theory , and how beautiful the interface is, it is not a mobile power automatic test system worth using .

  Safety - A safe mobile power supply is one that has protection against overcharge, over discharge, short circuit, over current, current limiting, over voltage, low temperature rise, and at least double protection at the front and back . At present, there are a lot of mixed solutions in the mobile power supply market. Performance : In addition to safety functions, the performance of mobile power supplies is also one of the most important indicators. The main measure of performance is efficiency. In terms of improving efficiency, Namisoft has always been at the forefront of the industry in the automated testing of mobile power supplies , providing manufacturers with the same high-efficiency and low-cost automated testing solutions for power supplies / batteries .

Practical application of 3A charging and 3A placement in circuit boards

Consistency and stability - Many friends have complained to me: When they first chose a certain solution, they felt that its consistency was good, but they found that the consistency and stability were not good during mass production. What's worse, there are often problems of batch returns due to customer complaints after the whole machine is shipped. In fact, this is very related to the entire main control. In order to ship quickly and have a market share, most pure hardware solutions have conducted more detailed consistency tests on their main control chips during the first batch of production, and separated some products with poor performance and stability first. However, when they used low prices to seize the market, they found that if they continued to do so, they would not have the profit space to operate and production capacity, which made them unable to do more sorting tests, resulting in them having no way to control the consistency problem in the process ; in this regard, Namisoft is responsible for market demand planning, preparing stocks in advance, and ensuring the consistency of each chip in the packaging test, and will retest the products with good consistency again, so as to ensure that every chip delivered to the client is perfectly consistent .
