[Abstract] With the continuous advancement of technology, the upgrading of products, and the increasing operating frequency of devices, EDA engineers are increasingly exposed to 10G routing in single boards. How to handle these 10G high-speed lines will be a major challenge faced by EDA engineers.

With the continuous advancement of technology, the upgrading of products, and the increasing working frequency of devices, EDA engineers are more and more frequently exposed to 10G routing in single boards. How to handle these 10G high-speed lines will be a major challenge faced by EDA engineers. The author analyzes and discusses three PCBs recently completed by three project teams in two sides of the Taiwan Strait (both sides of the Yangtze River, Beijing, Shanghai and Nanjing), and summarizes and proposes some experience that can be used for future processing of 10G high-speed lines.
