The latest programming software for motion control is fully upgraded[Copy link]
Danaher Motion, a provider of motion control solutions, has launched its latest motion control software, Motion Programming Interface (MPI) 3.04, a C-language software for motion control engineers. The MPI series of software is invaluable to system design engineers, with the following key features and benefits: · Complete, professional C-language software designed for high-performance controllers, drives/motors and I/O systems · Further shorten system response time, and achieve perfect integration of real-time motion through visual interface or high-speed I/O · Highly reliable and powerful network control, with node self-checking, redundant fault tolerance and event management functions · Complete, real-time data access between controllers, drives and I/O systems within the network · High compatibility with system components for easy upgrading and debugging
The latest MPI 3.04 software introduces the SynqNet HotReplace? component. Engineers can use HotReplace to repair mechanical modules offline without process interruption, thereby improving mechanical output. Drives, motors, and I/O system modules can be removed and reinstalled individually into a running network, or they can be maintained and upgraded offline as a whole.
MPI 3.04 software increases position resolution to 64 bits. 64-bit resolution can be applied to advanced control of high-resolution axes, such as precise linear motors. In addition, with 64-bit resolution, the industry-leading high-resolution S200 SynqNet digital drives with 800 Hz rate bandwidth can be applied.
The MPI 3.04 software also expands SynqNet's interoperable series component software to include Danaher Motion S300, S600, SqStep4 and SqDC4 drives, as well as third-party SynqNet products.
