ADS1.2 cannot connect to LPC2138 MCU via jlink [Copy link]

ADS1.2 cannot connect to LPC2138 MCU via jlink, and an error message appears: Invalid core Id. (0x00000000)Did not find ARM core. Can anyone help me?

First confirm whether the LPC2138 chip pin multiplexing function selects the arm core debug jtag interface, and whether the LPC2138 has completed the power-on and reset process correctly.
