Buy a development board. Find one with abundant data and peripherals, and follow its tutorials to operate. The routines are all ready-made. You can implement the corresponding functions based on it. Study its materials together with the manual. Get familiar with the development environment. Master the common operations. And the programming language. You have to spend time to learn it.
