    1. Practical design of hardware watchdog function

      The watchdog feeding solution uses an off-chip hardware watchdog dedicated chip TPS3823 to implement the watchdog reset function. TPS3823 is a dedicated watchdog reset chip. Generally, the WDI pin is connected to the IO port and controlled by the IO pin of the microcontroller. First, the IO port is controlled to generate high and low levels to trigger the timer. If the WDI pin does not receive a trigger signal again within 1.6 seconds, the reset pin is activated and maintained for a period of time to complete the power-off restart of the device.
